I had the issue and it was suggested to me that the hard drive had issues. I swaped it out and all issues went away. The swap did include a new windows install so I am not sure what really fixed it. I reinstalled gbpvr on the new install, then copied the entire old
gbpvr folder over onto the new install so I would have all config, epg, bat files, etc. It works fine so I don't think any of the issues were with the settings. That points me to think it was a drive issue or windows issue. Most of mine were with back to back recordings, but not always.
