EPG - (no show details) - Comcast MN 55311

My wife pointed out that we haven't had programming information for a couple of weeks on Comcast Channel 67 (Hallmark). Anybody have any ideas? Where does GBPVR store the raw data files?

It does not store the raw data unless you modify config.xml and change <SaveZap2ItXML> to "true". (Reading that parameter from memory so it may be a little different.)

Perform an EPG update and zip and post your logs.

When that has happened to me in the past, I've found that it was because the channel ID had changed. For example, SciFi became SyFy and GBPVR treats them as two different channels. Look at the highest channels of your EPG onscreen and see if you have a new Hallmark channel with a different channel number.

If this has happened, you can reassign the channel number displayed in your EPG using config.exe. It can be cumbersome if you have multiple tuners, as you have to make the same change to the channel numbers in the EPG assignment data for each tuner.

That's it. I have HALMRK on 67 and HALL on 102. I tried to change it, but Config crashed. I guess that's a separate thread. Thanks HarryH3, I suspect your tip will fix my issue.
