Closed Captions to SRT Analog Recording Hauppauge 950q

Is there anyway to dump the Closed Captions to a SRT file from an analog recording with the Hauppauge 950q, like others can do with Teletext?

Not sure if mpg2srt will work, but that's what I used to use on pvr150

CCExtractor works pretty well for analog recordings.
