record publicity in color but movies colors disappear

hello. I have Hauppauge HVR-1100

when I recordings movies the colors disappear and desfas the image with a green line for the way, but the publicity record in color

Why?

Are you using the digital side of your card? or analog?

The screenshots don't actually show anyhting. ut black & white with a green line kind of sounds like copy protection, but that would only be for the analog side of the device - which is not supported by GBPVR.
