analog tv tuner not show on Divices screen

i put the MPEG Multiplexer-Plus' filter on my pc and NPVR still not recognize my tv tuner

here is the filter check

All Analog devices require this 'MainConcept (HCW) MPEG Multiplexer-Plus' filter. Your device doesnt have hardware encoder, so you'd also need software encoding components 'MainConcept (HCW) MPEG-2 Video Encoder' and 'MainConcept (HCW) Layer II Audio Encoder'. These are part of the SoftPVR components installed with the Hauppauge software.

You'd also need to add this to your AnalogDevices.xml file:
