v.1.5.33 dies unexpectedly when beginning playing recording on PCH

Definitely no analog devices. All cable, clear QAM. I've got 4 tuners--1 HDHR giving 2 and 1 AverMedia A188C PCIe Pure ATSC card giving 2. Generally, the HDHR tuners are the ones being used.

I'm presuming that copies of the actual recordings showing the behavior would not be of use to you. And, unfortunately, I've got a backlog of shows that I am watching so by the time that I watch a show and find the problem, the nrecord.log file is already gone. I can make a special effort to check recent recordings and get logs from one of these occurrances. Is there anything else that you would need?

As I've been watching more carefully for this situation of channel changes during recordings, I've noticed one other thing: in every case, the only 2 channels involved are broadcast channel 4 & and broadcast channel 9. The problem happens both FROM channel 4 TO channel 9 AND FROM channel 9 TO channel 4. But, I'm quite sure that it is only these 2 channels that are affected. And I'm doing many recordings from several other channels. So, I'm now wondering if there is something in my configuration that is confusing npvr into thinking that these two channels are on the same frequency? I've attached a .zip of my npvr.db3 database. Maybe you take a look at it and see if you can spot some problem with the configs for these channels?

And, FYI, all 4 digital tuners are connected to the same cable clear QAM, so should have the same channels/configs.

And these are the channels that should be multi-recording together:

qam256 75-1 233 WCCODT (broadcast 4) 1920x1080i 16:9
qam256 75-2 232 KAREDT (broadcast 11) 1920x1080i 16:9

qam256 79-1 231 KSTPDT (broadcast 5) 1280x720p 16:9
qam256 79-3 234 KMSPDT (broadcast 9) 1280x720p 16:9
