recordings failing crossbar not found

If I go into recording status, it lists 8 capture sources with "Tuner 1" under each.

This is usually a sign your recording service isnt running, or you have firewall (or antivirus) software getting in the way of communication/.

Config.xml file exists. Attached are the logs. I have not changed anything on the firewall. I'll try turning it off and see if it makes any difference.

Tried turning firewall off. No change. GBPVR is listed as an exception in the firewall (checked).
Restarted recording service. Seemed to work (although the text flashed by pretty fast - couldn't read the last entry).
