PostProcessing.bat not running

I have just installed NPVR for the first time, having been a GBPVR user for years.
I have followed the instructions to get everything up and running, and am now happily recording from freesat and freeview.
However... for some reason, PostProcessing.bat just doesnt want to run. I have tried putting just a very simple line in there:
echo %date%,%time% - PostProcessing.bat invoked on %1 recorded from channel %2 >>processing.log
but am getting nothing at all. Nothing do to with PostProcessing.bat appears in any of the logs (see attached).
Any thoughts ?

wow, a line from my postprocessing.bat, yet logs posted in .rar format. i guess we're reading some parts of my npvr sticky thread, but not other parts. (and yes, it does take more time to sit and gripe about logs not being in .zip format than it would for me to just download the .rar file and extract it... it's my time, and I can use it how I like)

sub - thats ParallelProcessing, not Post. I tried adding the line above into a Parallel processing file and it worked fine.

in a more helpful vein, I can perhaps see that in the npvr sticky I wasn't as clear as I could be about exactly where the script files go. in the paragraph about the 2 npvr directories, the paths themselves don't stand out, and then in the third post where I list the script files I didn't make clear that the script directory is under the data directory. I will tidy up now...

you're cancelling the recordings before they finish on their own. postprocessing.bat is not run when you cancel.

Yep, these recordings have been cancelled.

ah ha! thanks for pointing that out - I didnt realise that the bat file only ran for completed recordings. Worth adding to the setup guide and wiki?
