I think I see what is happening. It's seeing your Nova-T and Nova-HD-S2 tuners, and they're looking like the combined tuners you get on the HVR-3000/HVR-4000 which can only be used one-a-time.
You can fix it by deleting the following two lines from DeviceRules.xml:
<Filter name="Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB-S/S2 Tuner/Demod" resource="Hauppauge 88x" />
<Filter name="Hauppauge WinTV 88x DVB-T Tuner/Demod" resource="Hauppauge 88x" />
I'll think further about how to this without you having to delete those lines. I'm not sure I can though. For now, at least there is a work around.
