I hoped that by posting it again, it would get Sub's attention. I can't tell if he's aware of the problem.
Probaby not a new idea, but would a "known bug list" from Sub not be handy?

- I don't think skipping works like paging any more. You can now move by percent 1 = 10% 8 = 80% which is even better.

It doesn't work like that on my MVP. 9+skip, moves it forward 9 minutes.

Your point 2 & 3 were not about playing video, they are about being in the general menu system which is where percentage jumping works.

You're wright Martin. As you know, I am also having skipping problems when playing video. I misunderstood.

But I'm also confused. I really don't understand what you mean by "percentage skipping in the general menu system".

I am wrong with this: "v" on the MVP is the same as cursor down on the pc. ">|" on the MVP is page down on the pc?

I think I might have been confusing with the choice of words. This was what I meant:

When I am, for example, in video menu and I can see a list of video's, I can push "v" to move 1 line lower but ">|" (which takes me 1 page down the list on the pc) doesn't do anything on MVP
When I push ">|" in the recording menu, for example when in "ready recordings", it changes to "what's new" (just like ">") instead of taking me 1 page down the list.

When viewing a menu, pressing "Channel Down" on the MVP remote moves down one screen or page. It worked this way for me on GB-PVR as well.

He, never tried that. Did now and in 1.3.11 channel up/down works just like "|<" and ">|". In 2.2.6 channel up/down works, but "|<" and ">|" doesn't anymore.

Thats because the skip keys are used when music is playing to skip between tracks, regardless of where the user is in the application. You need to use CH+/- for page up/down in lists.

Didn't know that. 2 problems solved, 2 to go:

My MVP crashes everytime when pushing the back/exit button when playing back a recording or a video.
