AutoRefresh - Dynamically switches video output rate to match media rate

OK, here you go.

Add the following into the config.xml section for AutoRefresh and adjust the number as required:

<ForceRepaintWaitTimeMS>2500</ForceRepaintWaitTimeMS>

The default if you don't include it is still 0. I have a feeling it probably won't help, and ultimately sub might need to investigate, but try anyway...

I managed to reduce the time to 1 second and it still works fine. - o.5 sec no worky.
If I have a chance I will try a few times between, but 1 second is not really noticeable anyway.

Now I just have to get Custom tasks to do the same after Blu-ray playback.
