Delete "directory" in recordings

I realize that directories in the recordings list aren't actually directories but it would be very helpful if there were a way to delete all episodes at once instead of doing one at a time.

I have the recordings folder included as one of the folders for Videos in Setttings/Media Folders. I can use the hidden menu in Videos to delete an entire folder. There is a setting in config.xml to remove recordings from the database ...

AutoRemoveMissingRecordings*
If true, specifies that information on recordings should be automatically removed from the database if the source video files can no longer be found.
Default value (boolean): true

You might need to set ... NoRemoveWhenTreeMissing

Unfortunately my recordings are on a local tb drive while the videos are on a network 10TB NAS. Don't really want to fill up the NAS with recordings... I have 1.4TB worth already and I was just going through and deleting when I came up with my "delete directory" wishlist item.

You can define more than one directory in Videos, so the different locations would work.

I agree, however, and add a +1 also. It'd be nice to do it within the Recordings area.

Actually, I just realized... The recordings are in actual directories. It's sage that did virtual groups.
