Why is NPVR attempting to use "NPVR TS Reader"?

I upgraded to V2.5.9 but I get exception errors when trying to watch Recordings or LiveTV.
When I check the log file it is looking for the filter "NPVR TS Reader". This filter is not in the new install directory but V2 of the filter does exist.

I copied an older version of the filter to the install dir and Recordings play but LiveTV stutters and hangs. How do I tell NPVR to use V2 of the filter? Or can I get a working version of the V1 filter?

Does running Re-register Filters from the Start menu help?
