No video or sound hauppauge 2650

I know it's picking up the tuners because the in devices it shows up and has a channel list. I click livetv and tuner 1 lights up but getting a blank screen, no sound or video. The 2650 works great in wmc and wintv.

I read the installation requirements and have all the perquisites installed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you scan in your channels in settings
do a recording instead of watching live tv and see if the file plays back in VLC or similar
have you selected some decoders in settings also
does the live tv folder actually point to a real folder

I'm guessing it's because you need to set the decoders, or you need to set firewall exceptions for nrecord.exe.

That was it, I disabled the firewall, and it works fine. Now to find the right setting to allow the recorder.
