Weather plugin menu hard to see

Does anyone else get this problem with the Weather plugin's hidden menu? The colours used mean that the non-selected items are invisible. Is there a Weather plugin developer around that can fix it?

I posted a skin fix for that problem ages & ages ago...... if you can find the thread & the attach has disappeared I'm sure I still have it hanging around somewhere & could re-upload it
I guess it never made it into the wiki download

 Would be nice to have the fixed skin included in the wiki download.
