No Available Capture Device - HDHR Prime

I recently upgraded my HDHR software and re-scanned my entire channel lineup because Comcast added/removed a bunch of channels.

I am currently running the "20130708 Beta 1" Software/Firmware which can be found here:

Since doing that, NPVR shows "No Available Capture Device" when attempting to click "Live TV" in NPVR and trying to tune a channel via XBMC returns a similar message (no tuners available).

In the configuration sections all of the tuners and channels show up, as expected, but NPVR itself (and also XBMC) is unable to use the tuners.

I have verified the tuners and channels work using the HDHR software.

Logs are attached, any help is appreciated as I am unable to watch any TV in my house right now.

In the logs it doesn't show any sign of problems - it just looks like the requested channel isn't associated with a tuner.

I'd maybe try temporarily renaming npvr.db3 to something like npvr.db3.old, then start the app, scan for channels on one of the tuners, and try watching the channel.

Okay that made it work. Do I have to reconfigure it all from scratch now?

I'm not sure how the capture sources would have got disassociated with the device. I've not seen any other reports of this. Are you sure you didn't manually remove the channels from the capture sources?

Yes, you might need to either reconfigure your channels etc, or go to a backup of your npvr.db3 if you've got one.

Okay, not a big deal really, just have to rename and re-associate my Schedules Direct stuff I think.

I didn't delete any channels, not sure what happened but in any case, thanks for helping me solve it.
