SoftPVR Error for Win 7 x64 Install

Been slowly upgrading to win 7 x64 and have recently tried to use the wiki batch file to install softPVR using the batch file from this thread.

Unfortunately it gave me the error attached.

I eventually got it working by registering the filters manually but maybe pBS? could see if there was an obvious error?
