v3.1.1 (upgrade) and "System" shows but doesnt work (used to before upgrade)

Was this a common problem?
The v3.1.1 seems to work fine, however the "System" option is on the screen but doesnt do anything, when in the "settings" it doesnt have a tick in it, when i put a tick in and close then re-open the tick has gone.

So seems like a simple problem, however how do i clear what ever error (i assume log files are needed?) unless this is a common issue (at work so not fully searched).

13. Plugins need to be updated! It's been said already, but to re-iterate, MOST plugins and some utilities will need to be updated to work with NPVR 3.x. If you have a plugin you can't live without, you'll want to check into it before upgrading.

Old YouTube still works but if one updates SearchLite to Martin's new version, they must update to the new YouTube due to NExtUtility.dll.

Thanks for all the input, i made the above mistake, i also downloaded the "second" one that didnt work, re-label needed.

The labeling there now is quite clear; no amount of re-labeling is going to help if people refuse to read.
