ATI hd650 stops working

Very new at this. I got an ATI wonder card to work once, then nPVR tells me it can't find the device. It has never worked again. No sound, no picture. Is this a problem with this card? It's an old one. Any help would be appreciated.

Just discovered that the card was somehow uninstalled. I don't know if nPVR did that, but I have several years of using windows media center without a single hitch.

That definitely wouldn't have been done by NextPVR, and we've never seen a single suspected case of this in the past. It just uses any tuners if they're present.
