Moved my system and the service won't start now

I had to relocate my system today from one location in the house to another. It did involve unplugging USB tuners and plugging them back in but nothing really serious (or so I thought). Once I get everything back up and running I had some issues with the DiBcom tuner which always gives me some problems with the whole "Dev 1 pathXX" deal. I got it straightened out and it was working fine for live TV so I thought I had it up and running. That was about 4 or 5 hours ago. A few minutes ago I look and see it's not recording a 8pm show and the icon in the tray has a funny looking halo of white dots around it. A check is the NPVR recoding serivce isn't running and I can't start it either from the services.msi or from the shortcut in the NPVR menu. Registering the filters worked fine. Attached are some logs. Hopefully someone will see something I'm missing.

If you try running "nrecord.exe RUN" from a command prompt, does it give you any useful error messages?

I think I've got it working again, it's defiantly a tuner issue with the DIBcom tuner. This tuner has caused me problems in the past as I mentioned, but once I get it set up it worked fine. I deactivated the tuner and everything worked right. I noticed I actually had 2 entries for the tuner so I selected the second instance and activated it. That seemed to have fixed it, but I'm wondering now why I have two instances of the same tuner? Same goes for the HDhomerun above? I don't use the HDhomerun for recordings though so that's not a big deal, just strange.

It's probably perfectly safe to ignore the extra one now that you disabled it, but if you want to tidy up and you don't mind re-scanning and merging the 8 channels you have on that tuner, backup your database (NPVR.DB3) and config.xml just to be on the safe side and then delete the two QAM and one DVB-C entries for that tuner (that is, the one with the 8 channels plus the two showing not present; you can leave the analog one). Then exit NPVR, restart the recording service, and then go back in to Settings->Devices. You should hopefully just get the one valid QAM tuner, which you can then re-scan.

If weirdness remains, post your NPVR.log after viewing Settings->Devices and we'll see if anything is apparent there.

I've tired deleting the duplicates several times, actually deleted both instances, but they keep reappearing. Drives my OCD side nuts but it's working now so I don't think I'm going to mess with it unless it becomes a problem again.

if you want to troubleshoot it any further, run filtercheck and post the resulting log, then follow the procedure I posted and post the npvr.log after going into settings->devices.

or as you say, leave it as-is unless it causes a problem again.
