NPVR Record Service Crashing

Evening, I am getting the following issue with my NPVR Record Service and it keeps crashing and stopping. I think it only happens when both of my tuners are in use. Can someone help me identify the issue?

Logs attached and also it is worth noting that I am using NextPVR with Kodi.

There is no known issue that can lead to this.

From a clean reboot, what's the minimum set of steps you can do to reproduce this?
