I'd have to agree, it does look like Raptr is the problem in this case. Hopefully stopping it is enough. If not, you might need to uninstall it to stop it's DLL from being loaded in the NextPVR process.

FYI the PCTV application system we are discussing here is called NPVR for short, the UI you are having problem with is NextPVR, NOT Next. (there is another totally unrelated app out there called Next)
