"Not all bytes read" errors when streaming live TV

I am using NextPVR v4.0.4 (170820) with Kodi v17.4 frontend. From time to time when watching live TV I get bad pixelation. Stopping the stream and restarting it fixes it. Looking in the Kodi log I see numerous "NextPVR PVR Client: Socket::read EAGAIN" errors. Sample from Kodi log is shown below. I have attached my nextPVR logs.

In the nextpvr log at the corresponding time I see errors "Not all bytes read@1 (only got: + 648). About to do second chance. (file: C:\Temp\live-TV1-4164-34-5.ts)" so it looks like the problem is with nextpvr not being able to send data to kodi. Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you see any pixilation in NextPVR itself? These EAGAIN messages don't indicate any error in themselves, but you could be having reception issues, causing breaks in the signal.
