Private IPv6 address support

Sub I have problems with sid session timeouts over IPv6 because they are not being identified as private network, the problem looks to be in StreamNative

I suspect is the code is case sensitive since I know we talked about the fd and fe80 subnets before.

The good news is I found this testing Fall Creators Update and all seems good so far.

It took a while how to test it but it looks like it is still wrong.

It shouldn't really be logging this for local LAN addresses.

Also the public .NET API CheckSIDActivity() that UJB uses, I see two console messages

Checking if session is active
Date time Renewing session : xxxxx

after five minutes from that date time the second line doesn't show. Not sure what generates that first message.

That log snippet doesn't have a slight change I made to the logging message, so seems to be old code. You may also need to drop it into C:\Users\Public\NPVR\web\Bin

The NShared.dll in both folders are dated Oct 18.

That worked for StreamSession URLs thanks. CheckSIDActive() still doesn't work because previous fd calls are not not auto-renewed so if I go over five minutes without a call it fails.
