I second that as it's easy to mess things up if you're not familiar with the layout/function of the database.

btw, if you are ryng to do something besides fix a couple of bad entries in the database, you might want to share with the forum what it it that you are trying to accomplish as it's possible that others have been there already.

Yes. I have done this to clean up tons of channels from an IPTV Provider. I have also editited the groups this way. Using DB Browser for SQLite. Close NPVR and the recording service. Make the changes and start it back up.
