Problem playing hdhomerun premium tv

I installed Hd HomeRun connect Duo and configured it for NextPVR. All ATSC and Premium Demo channels are showing and EPG has been configured. I can see all on the TV guide. When I click on one of the Premium Demo channels to watch, the "please wait" box appears on the screen and then I get a blank screen - no audio or video (see SYFY toward end of log). I have no problem playing the Premium Demo channels on the Hd Homerun app.

I have not subscribed to Premium. I assumed Premium Demo would work. Wanted to make sure Premium worked on NextPVR prior to subscribing.

If you attempt to record, does it record and play fine?

Yes, I can record 2 Premium Demo channels simultaneously and playback without a hitch. The only problem is with live playback.
