Stutter when watching live sports NPVR Version= 4.2.3

Can you upload a short recording that shows the problem to cloud storage we can look at? 720p should not be an issue.

It is real bad when I skip ahead the video stutters and sound is off and then it clears up after a few seconds. I also tried watching this on Mediaportal (which I dont like) and it did play the video without the stutter. Thank you

The big black OSD box doesn't always paint nicely but the video plays and skips fine here with MS and LAV decoders with Intel IGPU

Maybw upload the logs showing the skips.

Attached are the logs. I also noticed that when there is a banner going from left to right and it stutters it also jumps up and down a little. Thank you for taking the time to look at the logs. Hope it helps.
