Unable to get back to Live TV after pausing

I noticed that if I pause show with timeshift set to timeshift mode.. I am unable to return to Live TV unless either push STOP on the screen and restart Live TV or I exit back to the Main Menu by rightclicking on Main menu and then reselect Live TV. My plan was to right click and select LIVE TV while watching from the buffer yet that does not work in that situation. I can skip forward and backward in the buffer but unless I hop forward by endlessly clicking on the right arrows in the OSD there is no other way to get back to live TV. Is that the intended action?

Thought I would pass on this potential bug.

If you pause live tv, you can play to start it again. If you were behind, you can skip forward. You can also skip backwards if you want. That was the intended behavior. I can look into providing a button to live live though.

EDIT: actually, I think the live tv button did take you back to live. I can't check it right now - doing a long recording test.

I am not asking for a new button. You already have one. when you right click while paused or playing formerly live tv from the buffer you get a pop up screen with LIVETV and other things like STOP, MUTE etc. Except when I click LIVETV from this specific situation... nothing happens. Its kind of like the time I reported the MUTE button failing to UNMUTE the PVR about a year ago... and you figured out how to fix it.

I would expect the action would be "abandon the current position in the buffer and go to live position" if you select it while paused or playing from the buffer.

In fact I could swear it used to do this but has now stopped working. I have checked this issue with time shifting feature set to either time shifting or EPG and it fails in both.

all the other features to pause unpause etc work properly as far as I can tell.
