If you can't download that file you can often get the missing files form LibreELEC https://github.com/LibreELEC/dvb-firmwar...r/firmware  Copy it to /lib/fireware and rinse and repeat until you see /dev/dvb/adapter0

I'm sorry, just want to make sure I'm downloading the right file since theres a lot of .fw files on there. 

is it the "s2250.fw" and "s2250_loader.fw" files? Or is it the "NXP7164-2010-03-10.1.fw" and "NXP7164-2010-04-01.1.fw" files?

I'd use fw files that show as not found but nothing wrong with copying more.

Yeah, I just copied all of them and did dmesg again, it's giving the same message. Do I need to reboot my system or something for them to notice?

Are you rebooting? A firmware load is not plug and play.

I wasn't ?. But after I rebooted it works! and it's picking up channels (afer cable messing). Now I just need to figure out how to get guide data on there, but thats another issue for another thread.
