I have 5 tuner install but only 4 of the LocalRecorder (adapter?) are setup I wish I know the tuner names are like as Kaffeine dose then help as.

HVR-2250 x2
I also have HVR-1800 x1 install

You are say try to reproduce with just one the dual tuner as in two show at same time slot for in diff channel for the next few hours ?.

You do under stand that I'm recording 4 show all at same time from same time slot with each one on different a channel that not a sub channel.

I'm just trying to find a way to get the most simple logs showing the problem - the logs you've posted so far have a lot going on, and it's hard to tell what is happening at the time.

I could try with more complicated logs if that's the only straight forward way to make the error happen, but you'll need to tell me the names/times of the successful recordings, and the names/times of the failed recordings, to narrow down where I need to look in the logs.

I try but I don't think it had any problem with just 2 LocalRecorder (adapter?) but recheck just make sure

Pre-Padding to 1 and Post-Padding 1

I clear out any old recording
I clear out the NPVR log in var/opt/nextpvr/logs/
Restart NPVR at 6:55pm
Check Run service nextpvr-server status

The only real obvious error in your logs are these ones where you get this "dvb_fe_set_parms failed":

It's not yet clear to me why you're getting this, and I've not been able to reproduce it here.

This 'dvb_fe_set_parms' call that is failing is basically the driver call that tells the device to tune to a specific frequency etc. I might have to reach out to the guy that maintains the Hauppauge Linux drivers, to see if I can suggestions on how to track down the cause.
