Two xmltv sources, which has priority?

If the config.xml has two EPG sources entered how are they handled?  Does one have priority over the other, if so which one?  Is source B merged with source A or the other way around?

It'll use exactly xmltv file you selected for those channels. So, if you imported channels from some m3u/xml url, it'll use that xml url. ie, on the Settings->Channels screen, click the setting button next to the channel, and it'll show you what the channel is mapped to.

That <XmltvSources> setting is not used for reading xmltv files. It's only used to provide a convenient mechanism to remember EPG sources you've used in the past, so you don't have to retype them when setting up new channels that use xmltv.

If all your channels are mapped to a specific xmltv url, then it'll only use data from that xmltv url. If your channels are mapped to a mixture of multiple xmltv urls, then it'll read both, and the channels will get the data from the xmltv url they're mapped to.

So on a per channel basis it will use one or the other as mapped in the Channels page, makes sense. Well I just emptied the epg, removed all m3u and epg sources, then stopped the process. Then deleted the database file, restarted the process, and imported a new source m3u url w/ it's provided epg url. Still don't see anything in the mapping page.  Usually this would show all channels with a "default" epg.  Perhaps this source also has embedded quotes in the Epg file as you mentioned in thread "Channel mapping empty" here.  I'm running a bit blind here with an empty channels page, hence the initial question.  Thanks for clarifying.

Yes, that is exactly why it's unable to show the channel mappings. Embedded quotes. The next release should fix it.
