Dot.Net and Failed to start requested stream

Fresh install of Ubuntu 20.4.1
dotnet_install: Warning: Unable to locate zlib. Probable prerequisite missing; install zlib.
After channel scan, Failed to start requested stream

Those install errors can likely be ignored since I get them too. The other error is likely due to changes in this version.

00:09:43:579 [ERROR] Failed to get tuning params for (TBN HD) from /var/opt/nextpvr/adapter1-ATSC-channels.conf

Until sub has a change to do some thing maybe try

sudo cp /var/opt/nextpvr/adapter1-ATSC-channels-scan.conf /var/opt/nextpvr/adapter1-ATSC-channels.conf

This thread was the first I'd heard of the issue. I've just taken a look at this, and have fixed.

Say martin did also see problem with all other tuner not work at all by pick some channel list
