v5 Disable/Enable Tuners (v4 had this option in the GUI)

In v4, there was an option in the GUI to disable or enable tuners.
In v5, I cannot find this in the GUI or the web settings. The problem is, I have devices that were disabled in v4, that I now want to enable after upgrading to v5.
How can I do this?

Go to the Settings | Devices tab in the web app and press the Control key. Then the Disable/Enable option will show up on the right side.
