NPVR5 Client short hang

Playing an MP4 file downloaded from YouTube. Has hung a few times, then eventually resumes. I can exit the player as when it hangs.
This time I immediately closed the client and grabbed the logs.
I think the hang occurred around here time wise:

This video also hangs in Beyond TV and in the Microsoft TV & Movies player. So, likely this issue can be ignored for now.

I am pretty sure the newest version of nlite is like NextPVR.exe and relies on Windows default playback for all media formats except ts files. Maybe try a player that isn't Windows based.

Not sure what to try.
I don't have any non-Windows based systems.

I've made UI clients for Android, Roku and Kodi and none of them use Direct Show. VLC and ffplay that is installed with NextPVR are also options.

I'm testing it using a Roku now, needs to run a bit. The hang wasn't in NLite, it was the regular NextPVR V5 client.

Ok sorry I bit am confused with all your recent posts with the different clients, some with remotes, some with the mouse.. Playback of MP4 have never been handled by NextPVR.exe though.

Yeah, I need to focus on one issue at a time now. Looks like your Roku app is working with the MP4.
I've posted a log from NextPVR that hung on a skip back against a regular recording in another thread. That's probably the priority from my perspective now.
