Invisible Recurring Recordings

The plan is to play with the RECCURING_RECORDINGS table on a copy of the database on a test server!

Installing NextPVR on a spare PC and using a copy of the database new Recurring Display correctly. However if I also copy the Config.xml from the server the blank spaces in the Recurring Recordings return. I will install the default config.xml file and then try and find what changes I made!

I copied config.xml from a clean install on another PC which cured the blank Recurring Recordings problem. I had to update some of the settings in the web app and all seemed to be working until I noticed that I had 99 pending after a test EPG update to check all the settings. I would usually have around 30-40!! I checked the Recently Deleted table in the database and there were around 300 entries which seemed a bit low as I have the time set to 2 years. I exported a copy of the Recently_Deleted table from a recent copy of the database which has over 3000 entries and imported into the current database. All seemed OK but the the next day the Pending Recordings number seems high again. I have only just realised that I didnt update the <DeletionHistoryDays> from the default 90 days to 730 days. Hopefully all will be back to normal tomorrow after I reimport a copy of the full Recently_Deleted table!!

Make sure the avoid duplicates setting is checked, to avoid duplicates from the 6 or so duplicate rules you add. Ideally you should remove the duplicates and fix the rules updating with the proper channel.
