channel updates

when i try to do a channel update i get the following message: Failed to download channel list: The remote server returned an error: (454) .
i contacted my provider who can't help.
i suspect the problem is at his end, but would like your opinion as well, as i don't have a problem with my second provider.

Yes, it appears to be a problem at their end. It's not able to download the channel list using your supplied host/username/password.
