Add Series/Episode Info to Recording Metadata

Hi,
I'm still using 4.X on Windows, which is working fine.

Is there a way to set it so that the Series/Episode info is written to the recording metada?

Please note that I don't want to change the filenames to S0E0 format, so that doesn't answer my question, I just want the data in the metada if that's possible.

That feature was available in v4 in config.xml not sure if the browser config with the modern allows changing it or not.

If you're using an EPG source that includes this information, then it should be written to the metadata. From memory this didn't require any special settings and was done by default.
