Windows Defender false positive

Sorry to ask here since I doubt this is a NextPVR issue but I get false positives on windows defender for channel logos in certain groups. Just wanted to know if it's specific to my service or it's widespread and others have experienced it.

I personally have never seen false positives on png and jpg files but everyone get different logos from their XMLTV source so I don't think there is a general answer possible. An XMLTV file would be a good way to transfer a suspicious file so you have to trust your source.

Only reason I'm relatively sure it's a false positive is because it's a well respected service and the only group that the pngs are flagged in is PPV. Very odd. Maybe someone else will come across this thread with the same experience.

We don't supply any channel icons, so it won't be directly NextPVR related. What EPG source are you using? If it's xmltv, then maybe your EPG source is pointing to dodgy icons?
