You should be fine -- I'm running on a PIII 400 w/~325MB of RAM (Win2k) and a PVR-250, and use a MVP for playback. I have no problem with recording or playback -- I can't comment on live TV. The only thing that's sluggish is the menus, but it's not _too_ bad (just have to know to be patient and not over-click)--certainly fine for my needs. Of course, faster's always better, but you should definitely slap together what you've got and see how it works for you.
