server service not running

It has been a while since I last posted.  Had not had any issues till now.
I would like to know if there is a way to force start the service?  I am talking about the icon in the task bar.  When the service is not running it is a Grey N icon.  When the service is running it is a green N icon.

Reboot is the best way if some system issues is actually blocking it from starting.

Otherwise go to Services from WIndows and find "NextPVR Service" and right click and restart. Finally from an Admin command prompt you can run

net stop "NextPVR Service"
net start "NextPVR Service"
