I'm running a n100 and attempting to is the UI to view on the streamer using Linux. When I try o turn on VAAPI It plays fine , but if I try and skip forward it freezes and gives a  "Failed to start requested stream" error. Without VAAPI it maxes out the cpu. What could cause the error?

Also, It's set to record native format and set to avoid trans code when possible. So why does it use so much cpu when VAPPI is off? The usage stays high when the video is paused and only drops when the UI is closed.

Without logs there are no problems. Those arent logs.

Now something keeps going wrong. The file shows as attached, but when I post, it isn't there. I guess I'll have to use google drive again. Did I exceed a limit by trying to put 2 attachments in one thread?   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IzNR0bi...sp=sharing

You must have downloaded it seconds after I uploaded. It took me minuites to delete a mistake and upload a corrected one. The one linked to now is a log from 2/25/26. Sorry about that. I was frustrated by a constantly failing cellular data connection and in a rush to send it before another failure I clicked the wrong file. Fortunately that was a temporary issue.
