error setting up Sapphire Theatrix 550 Pro

I have a Sapphire Theatrix 550 Pro card and i am trying to run this software, but everytime i try to click live tv, I get a message that says "error: unable to load DLL (howIRblast.dll)" Does anybody know what that is all about and what i can do?

You've configured it to use the Hauppauge IR Blaster, but you dont have one. This is the IR Blaster is sold with the Hauppauge PVR150, and is used for changing channels on external set top cable boxes.

Set the channel changer to 'None'.
