I setup a new rig with today and got the same problem !
I cannot watch LiveTV in GB-PVR, tried WinTV2000 and it works OK. Also, when I try to run TuningAssistant I get this error:
ConnectPins failed!
Failed to connect pinNameCrossbarVideoDecoderOut to pinNameAnalogVideoIn
This occurs right after selecting card type (Hauppage PVR-250 with FM radio), country and antenna and then clicking OK.
The funny thing is that I can close down the error message then the TuningAssistant starts working, finds every channel available and reports "All channels found" or whatever =)
My rig is as follows:
MSI 865PE NEO-2 motherboard
Intel P4 2.4GHz 533FSB
1x512MB DDR-333
1x80GB SATA
Nvidia GeForce 5200 128MB
Hauppage PVR-250 (with FM radio)
Windows XP PRO Swedish with SP2, .NET FrameWork 1.1 SP1 and all available updates from Windows Update. I'm using latest Hauppage drivers and of course DX 9.0c and latest GB-PRV software (fresh install)
PLEASE HEEELP =)
