Zap2it plugin gone in .18?

just tied the zap2it option, and this works successfully for me. I'm using a PVR250 and can get the xmltv info from both GBPVR and by using xlmtv grabber scripts,

I'm seeing the same issue with the initial install of this version. I am getting an unhandled exception error. It appears there is a problem getting a string. If you click on continue for this error you don't have anything in the EPG drop down box. You can't choose Zap2it or XMLTV. You can still define a path to the XMLTV file. Whatever is causing the error is messing up the drop down choices for the EPG.

Hmm, just uninstalled GBPVR, removed the devnz directory. Then installed it again, and setup the zap2it as my xmltv src and it works fine for me,

I installed GB previously and it "sort-of" worked - I could see some TV but it was b&w and quite fuzzy. I started to tweak the settings and ended up with the .Net error and started going through the forums looking for a similar error. I found one suggesting removing .Net and GB and trying the install again. I did this and just as I started into setting up within the config tool, the error popped up. Unfortuantely I don't think I can pinpoint the exact click/keystroke that triggered it.

I did notice that after the uninstall, the GB service was still listed in the Services config tool in XP Pro.

I just restarted GB and tried the music and video players and they work. The programming guide works too. I have not had the error yet but there is no TV signal coming through.

I had the error reoccur by editing the recording source.

To help me turn around this bug quickly, can someone that is suffering the problem please download the and updated version of GB-PVR from http://www.gbpvr.com/Setup018f.exe

This version contains a series of additional debug messages in what sounds like the function that is causing the problem. Hopefully these messages will narrow it down to a specific line, and I'll be able to fix it quickly.

Try and configure a capture source, then zip all the log files and email them to me at support@devnz.com.

You'll need to uninstall the previous version first.
