Feature request for My Music/Jukebox

To Reven (My Music) and Bryan (Jukebox),

The wiki states that you guys are the last author of these plugins (?).

Just a feature request : Adding an option to start the default screen saver (blank screen ! )...

It would be nice to be able to start up the plugin, get the music going, then blank off the screen..
.. using a single keyboard shortcut (mappable to a remote button) to toggle between blank screen and normal screen.

btw, I can't turn off the TV - since audio is coming thru the tv speakers..

I hope you guys will consider adding the above feature

i wont be, i think its a better idea if gbpvr has an internal screen saver which would work under any situation (which is on subs to do list).

btw, Sub's todo list.. is it available anywhere?.. eg, does he normally inform users as to the new feature list intended for the next release?

I have my GBPvr box setup to shut the the montior off after a few minutes. Works just fine connected to the TV or monitor. (ATI Video card) With a click of a remote button it's back.

The video driver must be able to detect moving video, cause it never shuts the screen down while in playback.

This of course does not apply to the MVP.

My understanding is the to-do list is written on a sticky note on sub's desk.

The only way to see the to-do list is to break into sub's house and look at the sticky note.

besides... the sticky is probably locked inside high-secure underground vault...
