A Trash folder for deleted recordings

Well, it's a bit "agricultural" at the moment, and I'm fairly new to coding this type of system hook (or at least last time I tried a similar thing was about 10 years ago), so perhaps a couple of volunteers to help test it would be a good idea!

Actually, yes, it's working quite nicely now. I learnt a couple of things on the way...

1) It seems to be better to empty the trash in the order that things were deleted, not starting with the oldest file.

2) If a file is being used (by say comskip) when you delete from GBPVR, it can be removed from the database, but still exist on the drive. So, I added a "pending" feature that keeps track of unsuccessful moves to the trash, and periodically retries these files.
