Unable to change to low # channels

Using the directv.exe and finally able to get gbpvr to change channels, but only the channels of 3 digits. 1- 99 are not able to be accessed.

This'll be a bug with whatever third-party .exe you're using from the '.exe channel changer', so you should ask the author.
