cannot download zap2it listings

I am trying to download the zap2it directories. it always hangs. it continues to say requesting listings (once it managed to say processing listings, but hanged for 30 minutes there). is this normal for it to take long?

Im not sure if it takes 30 minutes, but i guess it depends on internet speed, but yeah it can take a while... I have high speed, and it takes up to 10 - 15 mins or more, even tho it appears frozen...

make sure your account at zap2it, is setup properly, and hasn't expired.. and that your username and password are correct

after letting it run for an hour, it finally updated.

i have it running on dsl and it took forever.
