Sub, great release.  Love that video  & audio don't get out of sync on the MVP now.

Manual Recordings: Whenever I create a manual recording, I can then no longer go into the Pending recordings section, I get:  Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.  The recording does actually happen, though. At least the first one. Not sure if they get correctly repeated.

Season recording by timeslot: I've noticed the 4 hour window it gives for timeslot flexibility.  However, I think some problems occur when dealing with the midnight.  Whenever I create a Season-Timeslot recording between 10:00pm and 2:00am, the entry is put in the database, but the shows are never scheduled to actually record... Nothing is shown in Pending for the schedule.

I like the 4 hour window-- is this something that could be configured per schedule (preferred), or just by generic configuration?

By the way, it looks like the playback_position table in the .19 release isn't empty. [Image: smile.gif]

Thanks!

I'll take a look at the manual reoccuring recording when I get home.

I cant remember exactly how I was managing the timeslot, but I'll look when I get home to make sure it supports midnight wrap around properly. The size of the timeslot window is currently configurable in config.xml. I probably wont add a option for when you're scheduling a recording. I hate having too many settings, and I know there some others I need to add. It really needs to be easy to control, and too many settings makes it really messy.

Thank god I wasn't using gay kiddy porn for my test files!

Yes, thank god. [Image: smile.gif]

Well, ya know what, scratch that midnight idea.  I can't imagine if I'm corrupted my install or anything, as your program seems like a straightforward database thing.  But this is just really strange.  I've got two Mon-Fri shows I want to record.  One at 11:00am, one at 10:00pm.

I changed the timeslot allowance setting in config.xml to be 0 minutes, and I was able to timeslot record the 10:00pm one.  Now, for the life of me, I can't tape the 11:00am one.  I apologize, I can't really see a pattern in what I've done, so I'll say "ignore it" unless someone else complains of similar symptoms. (unless you want more info-- i'm going to be out of town this weekend fyi)

I have the same type of problem. I went to tape 'crossing jordan' at 11:00pm, and I put it on 'season' record with 'only this time slot' option but it didn't add any recordings. It only works when I do the 'any time on this channel' option.

This has now been corrected, and will be included in the next release.

This has also now been fixed.

Sub, you're amazing. Its going to be a shame when this program gets so popular, that the forum scrolls by so fast that we can't have this kind of intimate interaction with the developer.

You rock.
