I want to run xmltv radio times every day, update epg, and then run priorty recordings.

I have no idea how to create that - could one of you guys either advise or point me to where I can learn how to do it?

Thanks

Ok - got a working batch file but I cannot get priorityrecording.exe to start from it - it keeps looking for it on the desktop - the lines I have are

start /wait C:\Progra~1\XMLTVR~1\xmltvrt.exe /grab

start /wait C:\Progra~1\devnz\gbpvr\gbpvr.exe -onlyupdateepg

start /wait c:\Progra~1\devnz\gbpvr\PriorityRecording.exe

The first two work, but then the third doesn't.

Insert the lines...
Code:
c:
cd "\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr"
...at the start of the batch file. See if that helps.

yep..although even emulated dos in XP has issues with spaces, putting the full path in quotation marks is the way around it.

example:

robocopy "C:\Program Files\Stuff and Junk\" "D:\Backup Stuff and Junk\" /mir

You may want to also open a command promt and try a few variations to see what launches the program..once you get it right, copy and paste that into the .bat
